Our mission
Wellness is increasingly designed as a status symbol: private clubs, immersive retreats, personal diagnostics and technology-filled homes. We believe people deserve language that makes these offers easier to understand without flattening their appeal or accepting every claim.
Our journal publishes calm, accessible analysis. Our studio helps individuals and small organisations frame decisions across longevity, cognitive performance, recovery, home systems and premium services. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
How we research
We begin by defining the question and the outcome that would change a decision. We review provider information, relevant public evidence, service terms and the practical conditions around use, noting where information is uncertain or where expert advice is required.
We separate what an experience feels like from what it has been shown to do. Both can matter, but they should not be confused. We also compare like with like: practitioner time with practitioner time, accommodation with accommodation, and technology with the routine needed to sustain it.
How recommendations meet life
A recommendation is useful only when it fits the person, household or organisation receiving it. We account for access, maintenance, travel, existing care, privacy, opportunity cost and the effort that begins after purchase.
We favour staged commitments, clear review points and decisions that can be reconsidered. When a question requires a registered health professional, engineer, lawyer or other regulated specialist, we say so and keep our role within its proper boundary.
